I have been to Victoria Garage a few times at it was recommended to me by a friend. Being a young female who knows very little about cars, its easy to be ripped off (as many other places have done to me). The reason why I love this place is because when I walked in with what I was expecting to be an expensive job (as suggested by elsewhere) I was informed it wasnt neccassary for my car to keep running efficiently. Great customer service, great work, reasonable prices and even better integrity. Thank you for having my back, always worth the drive from Plymouth!

On a visit to South Devon, my wing mirror glass was damaged & needed replacement The garage worked quickly to get me a replacement. Great communication throughout. Really pleased with their service and approach to customer care. Clair was very good in particular for keeping me informed.

We can thoroughly recommend Victoria Garage Ivybridge and James the owner for the very efficient way they handled our breakdown. It was a Sunday night at 9pm and James was there waiting to for us with a hire car. The problem with our clutch was fixed within three days and we were kept up to date with the progress of the repair which was very helpful as we were on holiday. We felt totally confident with the service that was provided and would definitely recommend this garage, it was first class!

James who owns the place has recently taken it over. Hard working and honest as the day is long. Not actually sure if he ever goes home! He Fixed an oil leak on the car, then didn’t charge me and asked me to bring it back two weeks later so he could check it was right. It’s massively hard to find a good local garage, and I am really pleased we have. Will no doubt be back again soon and Would highly recommend to others.
